Can the system spend my money without me approving?
No. Nothing goes live until you click approve. Daily budgets are capped inside Google Ads itself — the system can't override them. If spend spikes or conversions drop, it auto-pauses the campaign and flags a human.
Who owns the ad account and creatives?
You do, from day one and forever. Ad copy, keywords, extensions, landing page URLs — everything we build lives in your Google Ads account. Cancel and nothing disappears.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Reply to any email we've ever sent you and billing stops that day.
Can the AI actually write good ads for my specific business?
The system drafts the keywords, ad copy, and targeting based on your market. Then one of us personally reviews every detail before anything reaches you. If it's not what we'd send an enterprise client, we rebuild. You see the draft before a dollar is spent.
I'm not tech-y. Will I understand the reports?
Yes. Our weekly email reads like: "Spend was up 12% because we leaned into emergency jobs. Cost per lead dropped to $32, below your target." No dashboards to learn, no jargon. If you want the detail, it's in the app — but you don't have to touch it.
Is there a real person I can email if something breaks?
Yes. Email projectpool@gudu.com.au or reply to any email we've sent you. One of us replies before the day's out. No tickets, no bots, no queue.
Do I need an existing Google Ads account?
No — not if you don't have one. We create one for you under our Google Partner manager link and transfer ownership to your name. If you already have one, we link to it as a manager — you keep full control and can revoke access any time.
What's the minimum monthly ad budget?
$500/month. Below that, you'd be paying us more than you're paying Google. The $89 plan covers budgets up to $5,000/month.
What if I spend more than $5,000/month?
Higher tiers exist for $5k–$15k and $15k+ monthly spend. Book a call and we'll scope the right fit. No automatic tier jumps, no surprise invoices.
What if I need more than 5 campaigns?
Most small businesses don't. Often what looks like 'more campaigns' is better ad groups inside fewer — we'll give you the honest answer. If you genuinely need more, higher tiers exist.
How are my campaigns built?
Kickoff chat, then research runs automatically (market, competitors, keywords, site health, budget forecast). We build structure, copy, extensions, tracking. One of us personally reviews before you see it.
What happens during the 48-hour build window?
The research and draft build are already done. In those 48 hours, one of us reviews keyword fit, copy quality, budget logic, and tracking. We approve or send it back for a rebuild. No junior-agency mistakes in your account.
Do you support Meta, LinkedIn, or other channels?
Not yet. Google Ads only for v1. Meta is on the roadmap for v2. We'd rather do one channel properly than four badly.
What if I don't have a website?
You need one — it's where ad clicks land. We don't build websites. Get yours up first, then we can run ads to it.
What if I'm already with an agency?
Finish out their notice period or cancel clean — we're happy either way. Once their access is removed from your Google Ads account, we link in and start fresh.
